I have placed an order almost over 2 and a half weeks back. I am extremly disappointed with this company. This package took a very long time and I had to write 2 emails to the company to remind them of my order. My order has been delayed due to this company moving. Which I completely understand, however I was reimbursed for the shipping ( which was reasonable for the 10 dollars). Never-less, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my candy scoop. I have made this order because my nieces and nephews have been obsessed with the company's tick Tok account. The gummy candy we ordered is absolutely delicious and wonderful. However, the mystery scoop, was very disappointing. Extremely repetitive and the bag it came with was worn out and almost seemed as if it was prepackaged and sitting around for a while. I also got many, many plastic spoons filled with a mixture that I did not expect. I think this was packaged for the pickle kit instead of the mystery scoop.
But, What you see on tick tock is not what you get when you order. My babies are very disappointed and so am I. We would have rather gotten a few extra slaps or extras then to get reimbursed for the shipping. I really enjoyed the gummy candy but the mystery scoop was very disappointing.
