Orders & Shipping
We start working on your order as soon as it’s placed. Some items require time to prepare, such as our Enchilados and Rim Dips. Please allow us 3-5 business days to prepare, pack and ship your order.
Once your order is picked up by the shipping carrier, Standard Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to be delivered and Priority Shipping takes 1-2 business days.
Business days are Mon-Fri, and exclude weekends and holidays.
U.S. shipping is charged as a flat rate of $10 per order for Standard Shipping (arrives in 3-5 days) or $20 per order for Express Shipping (arrives in 1-2 days). Arrival times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers (USPS and UPS) and do not include order processing times.
We also currently offer Free Shipping on orders within the U.S. over $100. Free Shipping will be shipped at the carrier and speed that is most economical. International orders are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Please note, once your order has left our location we can no longer change your address. Please contact the carrier and request for the package to be re-routed or returned to sender.
We are happy to assist in re-shipping your return-to-sender package once it is received back to us. You will be responsible for paying any re-shipment charges.
You can check the status of your order 24/7 by logging in and clicking My Account.
If you have questions about your order, you may chat with us or send us an email. We will reply within 1 business day, but usually within a few hours.
We ship most orders using USPS and UPS. We will automatically choose the most economical carrier for your shipment. P.O. Boxes can only be shipped via USPS.
If you have special requirements or carrier preferences, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If there are any increases in shipping fees you will be responsible for them.
We currently offer shipping within the United States and Canada. If you are in another country, please contact us and we can prepare a manual shipping quote for transportation and customs into your country.

Refunds & Returns
Candy & Snacks
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of food or candy after they have left our facility. This unfortunately means that our wide selection of Mexican Candies, Bulk Candy and Snacks are not returnable.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a photo of your order and we will issue a refund or send you a replacement for the missing item.
Enchilados & Rim Dips
We do offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on our homemade Dulces Enchilados and Rim Dips. If you are ever dissatisfied with the quality or taste of these products, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization and send the product back to us for a full refund.
Returned Enchilados & Rim Dips must be returned in their original packaging/container and must contain at least 50% of the product remaining to be eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee.
Gifts & Merch
Gifts & Merch (Apparel, Drinkware and Accessories) are returnable for any reason within 30 days (ex: wrong size, unhappy with quality, etc). Contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization and send the product back to us for a full refund or replacement. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
We inspect all Gifts & Merch before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged we will use our discretion to determine if it was damaged in transit or damaged in our facility prior to shipping.
If your product was damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a damage insurance claim with the carrier of your package. If the product is deemed to have been damaged prior to shipping, we will happily discount, refund or replace your item at no charge to you.
